Return and Exchange Policy
Our priority is customer satisfaction. While we do accept exchanges and returns, customers are responsible for return shipping; pre-paid labels are not provided. We recommend tracking on all returns. RiRi’s Indian Fashion is not responsible for returns lost in the mail; customers will not receive refunds for lost returns.
Please reach out to us if you have any questions about sizing PRIOR to placing your order. Items must be in their original packing, unused, and unworn in order to exchange/receive a refund.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is defective.
- The wrong item was shipped to you.
